Are you a seasoned theatre professional with a passion for pushing boundaries and excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every performance is a live spectacle? If so, then this is the role for you!
We are on the hunt for a visionary Head of Stage & Flys to lead running productions and take charge at our brand new location at Sadler’s Wells East, which has with automated flys system.
Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all.
We are a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. You would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent stage and flys skills
- Experience in professional theatre/venues
- Being able to demonstrate leadership across teams is crucial
- Stage automation skills or knowledge of new stage technologies would be an advantage.

- Experienced senior technical with flys specialism
- In-depth knowledge of stage & flys operations and safety protocols
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships
- Passionate for theatre and a commitment to artistic excellence
