Technical Coordination Officer

Job description

Join our team at Sadler’s Wells Theatre as Technical Coordination Officer and help bring dance to life on our ambitious stage. You will collaborate with the technical teams to ensure smooth running of the department. You’ll be working on an exciting but demanding programme of artistic shows, commercial events and technical operations. You’ll be ensuring the pre-production of shows and show information is understood, actioned, and disseminated for the teams to deliver to the highest standards, playing a crucial role within the team. The role requires working on-site across all Sadler’s Wells venues and is integral to the experience of our clients and audiences.

Similar job titles may include ‘Production & Technical Coordinator’.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in technical or production in the arts, with knowledge of technical equipment and terminology.
  • A confident communicator with a diplomatic attitude towards working with other departments, suppliers and providers.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to problem solve and prioritise work flexibly across a range of different projects.
