Tour Producer - Breakin' Convention

Breakin’ Convention is our platform celebrating all aspects of hip hop culture. As our new Tour Producer, you will work closely with the team to provide support and coordination for the delivery of the Breakin’ Convention artistic programme. You will also ensure that there is vital support provided for artists through their journey with us.

If you already have experience of working with artists and are passionate about nurturing their work, and enthusiastic about promoting hip hop culture this is the role for you!

Please note that this role needs candidates to be based in London for the performance of its responsibilities. The post holder will be required to work one day per week onsite at our Sadler’s Wells Angel headquarters and this will increase to two days per week leading up to our Breakin’ Convention festival in May and tour.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • A track record in producing successful performing arts productions, particularly middle to large scale in subsidised and/or commercial sectors
  • Experience of managing tours in the UK & / or abroad
  • Proven ability to draft and manage multiple production and touring budgets, preparing production accounts.
  • Proven ability to understand and model complex financial deals, and meet commercial objectives
  • Experience of working with artists and choreographers and supporting the creative process
  • Demonstrable experience of negotiating and drafting contracts with venue, artists and performers
  • Experience of dealing with copyright and licence holders, publishers, PRS and PPL, Equity, Musician’s Union

Closing date: 11.59pm on Wednesday, 16 July 2025. Interviews will take place during week commencing Monday, 21 July 2025. The role is anticipated to start in August 2025.
