If so, then this is the role for you! Join our team at Sadler’s Well Theatre as a Theatre Technician, Stage & Flys and help bring dance to life on our stage.
As a Theatre Technician, Stage & Flys, you'll be instrumental in creating unforgettable performances shaping the technical identity of a groundbreaking venue at Sadler's Wells in Angel which has an automated flys system.
We are a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. You would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent stage and flys skills
- Experience in professional theatre/venues
- Stage automation skills or knowledge of new stage technologies would be an advantage.
If you are:
- Experienced with flys specialism
- In-depth knowledge of stage & flys operations and safety protocols
- Great communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships
- Passionate for theatre and a commitment to artistic excellence
