Studios Coordinator
Job description
We are looking for a Coordinator who will provide administrative and logistical support for our artistic programme activities. You will have a great opportunity to be the first point of call for Studios usage and liaise with a variety of departments, companies and artists. If you want to take the next step in your arts administration career, we would love you to join us.
Your open, collaborative communication style and your ability to be organised and work proactively will be critical in this role.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of managing scheduling and/or an events diary
- Demonstratable experience within an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the Arts and Culture sector.
- Excellent skills in:
- Communication both written and verbal (or British Sign Language if primary language)
- Organisation
- Administration
- The ability to prioritise a high volume of varied workload, while maintaining accuracy.
