Senior Technician, Automated Flys and Stage
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Technician, Automated Flys and Stage will support with the preparation and running of productions, ensuring that technical requirements are met in a safe and professional manner across the theatre space, studios, and its additional spaces. Our new venue Sadlers Wells East will have state of the art equipment with an automated flys system and this role will support in the commissioning of this new system as well as operate and maintain this and stage equipment to the highest standards.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge, skills and experience in automated flying
- Experience of working with large-scale opera, dance or ballet
- Experience of collaborating with touring companies and / or venues
Sadler’s Wells East is predominantly a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. Candidates would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
