Projects Producer (Maternity Cover)
Job description
Do you enjoy being hands-on with project management, from organising events to communicating directly with participants and stakeholders? Are you passionate about bringing dance to diverse communities and creating meaningful, inclusive experiences for participants of all ages?
As part of the Learning and Engagement team, the Projects Producer will lead the overall management and delivery of the Company of Elders and Making Moves projects. You will identify suitable dance artists and choreographers and ensure the smooth coordination of creative projects. You will also manage project budgets and contribute to project evaluations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing creative projects, particularly in the arts or dance sector
Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses
Experience working with diverse communities and participants, including mature adults
Line management experience with the ability to inspire freelancers
Experience producing events, with availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
