We’re seeking an innovative Project Coordinator to work on our Learning & Engagement initiatives, from vibrant festivals to exciting productions like Romeo and Juliet. If you thrive in a creative environment and love coordinating exciting projects, this is the role for you!

As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Learning & Engagement projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events like Young Associates and Family Freestyle, attending rehearsals and sessions, liaising with artists and facilitators, managing logistics for space bookings, travel, and financial administration, and collecting evaluation data to ensure continuous improvement. You'll also support the Access programme, ensuring our activities are inclusive for all participants.

What we’re Looking For: 

  • Administrative experience, ideally within an arts, community, or education setting
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when required. Please note that this includes working on Wednesday evenings from November 2024 to July 2025 
  • Clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in or with a theatre or venue
  • Good attention to detail while managing a varied and demanding workload
  • Able to adapt appropriately and remain calm under pressure
