We're looking for a People Partner (aka HR Advisor, HR Business Partner) to join our in-house People team on a journey of growth.  We don't see our colleagues as resources. We work together to shape our identity, agility and access to our productions.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the department strategic objectives and expand your managerial skills, as we continue our journey of growth and launch our new venue, Sadler’s Wells East.

As the People Partner you will:

  • champion our values of innovation, inclusion, collaboration and excellence
  • have credible and demonstratable HR generalist experience, offering reliable advice and guidance
  • be breaking down barriers to employment by managing the apprenticeship and work experience programme
  • understand the balance between business strategy and cultural objectives
  • build and harness positive relationships across the organisation and beyond
  • analyse and use data to support decisions
  • lead with a confident, positive, solution focused manner
