Membership & Groups Manager
Job description
Are you passionate about arts and culture? Do you have a knack for building relationships and creating engaging membership experiences? Sadler’s Wells Theatre is looking for a dynamic Membership and Groups Manager to join our team!
As our Membership and Groups Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our membership scheme, driving growth and retention while ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Collaborating closely with our Head of Ticket Sales and the Marketing Manager, you’ll develop strategies that make membership at Sadler’s Wells truly rewarding.
Please note that this is a job share position: you will work on-site for two days (Mondays and Tuesdays), while your co-worker will cover three days (Wednesdays to Fridays).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in a Membership-focused role, with a solid understanding of membership schemes and customer service.
- Creative Thinker: Innovative approaches to reaching new audiences and devising member incentives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in data analysis and experience with ticketing or CRM systems (preferably Tessitura).
- Organisation: Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
