We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning & Engagement Operations Manager to support the delivery of our ambitious arts education and community programmes. Working closely with the Director of Learning & Engagement, you’ll lead on departmental monitoring and evaluation, planning, and budget management. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape impactful work across Sadler’s Wells’ venues.

You’re great attention to detail and ability to share the impact of our activity beyond our department to others will be key in this role. As we expand our audience reach and embark on our journey as an education provision, this is an exciting time for you to solidify your art management skills and career.
