IT Service Desk Analyst

Job description

We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our solution-focused in-house Data and Systems team. We’re on a journey to opening a new venue and we need you to join us at this exciting time of innovation.

As our new IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be crucial in delivering our departmental strategy – enabling colleagues to be productive wherever they have an internet connection.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and assist with the delivery of IT operations. Your great balance of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, as well as your keen attention to detail, will be extremely valuable for supporting end-users in this role.

This is a great opportunity for you to expand your experience working in different environments, with a multi-site organisation.
