We’re looking for a Head of Lighting to lead in the preparation and running of productions for our new venue. Are you ready to follow spot this exciting career opportunity? This is a great leading role is for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as Head of Lighting, with the expansion of our new venue, Sadler’s Wells East.

You’ll be ensuring that all relevant technical requirements of lighting are met in a safe and professional manner. You’ll be working with state-of-the-art equipment and set the scene for great productions and events.

You’ll be a flexible, practical person with excellent lighting skills. You may also have Sound and/or Video skills that would be a great addition and benefit to this position. Your experience in professional theatre work will be key for this role – Being able to demonstrate leadership across teams.

Sadler’s Wells is a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. You would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
