As Head Chef for Sadler’s Wells East, you would be responsible for cultivating a food offer that will create inclusive memorable experiences. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll develop a strategic approach to deliver exceptional food standards and drive sales. Your desire to get stuck-in and your solution focused approach will be an asset, as your collaborative leadership guides a kitchen team to innovate and strive for excellence.

The fun stuff during this exciting time of growth is being part of the legacy in up-and-coming cultural district; being able to looking at the resources and operations and establishing what can be done differently and better.
