Front of House Duty Manager

Sadler’s Wells East is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Front of House Duty Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading arts organisations.
As Front of House Duty Manager at Sadler’s Wells East, you will oversee the safety and customer experience for audiences during performances, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and safety procedures, including emergency evacuations. You will manage the front-of-house team, lead by example in delivering exceptional service, and ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
You will work at Sadlers Wells locations in Stratford, Holborn and Angel.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience house management in an arts venue or theatre of 500 seats or more
- Previous experience of leading and motivating a team of staff
- A commitment to providing a high quality of service to audiences, visiting companies and supporters
- Highly organised, with the ability to problem solve and prioritise work flexibly
- Positive and versatile working style with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
