Front of House Duty Manager

Job description

We are looking for a keen leader to supervise the Front of House Team in delivering a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service. You will work also contribute to the customer experience by providing a safe, well-presented environment as well promoting sales.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Leading and motivating a team of staff
  • House management in a large arts venue or theatre
  • Sales of merchandise, banking procedures and cash handling
