As Catering Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our front of house catering operations, ensuring excellence across all our sites. As part of this, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Catering, playing a vital role in the management and smooth running of our existing venues while gearing up for the exciting launch of Sadler’s Wells East.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Operations: Oversee the seamless functioning of Sadler’s Wells, Angel, and Peacock Theatre.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with the Head of Catering to build and manage a high-performing, motivated front of house catering team.
  • Drive Success: Achieve organisational and departmental objectives by boosting sales and inspiring your team.
  • Ensure Compliance: Take a hands-on approach to food safety and health & safety regulations, maintaining top-notch standards.
  • Pioneer New Beginnings: Support the mobilisation, opening, and ongoing operations of Sadler’s Wells East.

If you have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a high performing team
  • Significant experience working within a multisite business
  • Demonstrable experience of instigating changes in a team with successful outcomes
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with successful outcomes
  • A strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & SafetY
