Catering Administrator

Job description

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for food and catering? Are you ready to take charge of a variety of responsibilities and keep everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a dedicated well organised Catering Administrator to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, managing key systems while providing essential administrative support for reports, data entry and analysis. Attention to detail is key. You’ll collaborate closely with the catering management team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced administrative role, ideally withing catering industry.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to translate financial information.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment, paying close attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise work flexibly across a range of different projects / activities.
