Casual Front of House Assistants

Job description

Do you love delivering great customer service? Are you interested in live performance? Do you have great availability over the Christmas period?

The Casual Front of House Assistants work as a team to provide a welcoming service to all visitors, ensuring they feel safe and at ease. During a shift your responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring the comfort and safety of the public
  • Selling ice-cream, programmes, merchandise
  • Working in the cloakroom
  • Checking tickets
  • Handling cash/ card machines

We are looking for welcoming individuals with experience of working with members of the public. You will work on a casual basis, signing up for shifts as and when they are available. You must also currently hold the right to work in the UK. We are interested in candidates who are available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends over November 2023 – January 2024, including good availability over the Christmas period (20 December – 3 January). You must also hold the right to work in the UK.
