Cafe Team Leader
Job description
Do you love delivering fantastic customer service? Love coffee, food and drink? Are you looking to work with a great team of people and make the next move in your hospitality career?
We want you to join our Catering & Events team. As the Café Team Leader at Sadler's Wells you will be responsible for supervising our café operations, ensuring we have a motivated, well-trained team to deliver excellent quality standards.
You will have previous café or barista experience, be passionate about customer service and have good communication skills. Working closely with the Duty Catering Managers and Head of Catering, you will have the opportunity to develop the café offer and enhance the customer experience. As we approach the opening of our fourth venue in east London, you will be able to contribute to the growth of the Catering & Events team.
Note: Rota is based on daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday working. You must currently hold the right to work in the UK.
