As Bar Manager, you'll take a leading role in building a memorable leisure experience. Working closely with the Head of Catering, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence across all our sites. As part of this, you'll playing a vital role in establishing the customer experience as we gear up for the exciting launch of Sadler’s Wells East.

You will drive sales and streamline operations to maximise profit. Taking a proactive approach to ensure compliance. You will also have scope to exercise your ideas and demonstrate your organisation skills.
