Each year, Learning and Engagement provide vibrant learning and participation initiatives that touch the lives of 20,000 individuals, offering enriching experiences for all ages. We're dedicated to opening the doors to Sadler’s Wells, bringing the artistic programme to diverse communities, and celebrating the boundless creativity of our participants.
Through our Associate Schools and Community Engagement programs, we cultivate ongoing connections within our local neighbourhoods, sparking creativity and fostering artistic exploration. But that's not all – we're also committed to nurturing young talent through initiatives like the National Youth Dance Company and Young Associates.
At the heart of our mission is accessibility. We organise inclusive performances and activities for D/deaf and disabled patrons, working hand in hand with other teams to ensure that Sadler’s Wells is a place where everyone can thrive, both physically and intellectually.
